The Fader:

Real New York, through the lens of a real New Yorker, that’s basically Mazzi in a nutshell. All the things that there is to love and hate about the Big Apple he embodies. The relentless struggle to make it in whatever it is that you do, Mazzi done did the damn thing the independent route showing and proving speaking on issues sissies are scared to touch. It’s not all nose to the grindstone though, because his compassion for his fellow city slickers (and tourists) comes through in all forms from his Walking Blog video series to his ode to females (“Swimmin’ In It”) using Biggie’s “tongue all down her throat” line from “One More Chance.” For his new album, The Inspection, he’s in an empire state of mind.
